Grounded at the intersection of social and organizational psychology, the INSPIRE lab uses a blend of experimental and multi-time point designs to understand social determinants of health and work outcomes. Our research generally falls into two major tracks. We examine how stereotyping processes bias judgments of others. We also explore the ways in which social and cultural identities shape health, well-being, and work life.
