Purchasing Tickets Online
The Department of Music utilizes two separate ticket platforms.

Ticketing Information
- Auburn Student/Faculty/Staff should sign in using their AU credentials in order to receive any applicable ticket discount.
- Members of the General Public will need to log into an existing account or create one upon checkout.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.
Receiving Your Tickets
- Upon checkout, you will receive TWO emails at the address associated with your account. One will serve as your order receipt while the other will contain a link to download tor ticket(s).
- Will Call is not available.
General Policies
- Tickets are available until the start time of a performance.
- If a patron arrives up until 5 minutes after the doors have closed and has already purchased a ticket, he/she may enter the space in between pieces and receive a program. Ushers will allow entrance to the space when appropriate.
- Programs will not be handed out beyond 5 minutes past the start time of a performance.
- Refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation by the Department of Music, otherwise tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges are possible under certain circumstances. Contactmusic@auburn.edu.
