About Me
Alec Harvey has nearly four decades’ experience in journalism, much of that at The Birmingham News and AL.com, where he was features editor and president of the Society for Features Journalism. He is now executive editor of Business Alabama magazine, based in Birmingham. He’s an Auburn University graduate, former editor of The Auburn Plainsman and former adviser to student media.
