About Me
Embry Burrus is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist and was an associate clinical professor in the Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at Auburn University for 14 years. Her areas of specialty are children and adults who stutter, early intervention and children with developmental disabilities. She is the author of two books: Professional Communication in Speech-Language Pathology: How to Write, Talk and Act Like a Clinician, and The Life We Choose: A Sibling’s Story.
