The Oaks Agency, AUPR Advisory Council hosting student networking event

The Oaks Agency is partnering with Auburn University's Public Relations Advisory Council to host the Work Your Network event for public relations students at Auburn University on Friday, Sept. 20, from 10 - 11 a.m. The event will take place in the Harold D. Melton Student Center rooms 2222 and 2223.

The event will feature guests from many different organizations, such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Coca-Cola, Delta and the U.S. Congress. The Oaks Agency and Public Relations Advisory Council hope this event provides new opportunities for networking with communication and PR professionals from many different facets of the industry.

Isabella Weninger, firm director of The Oaks Agency, offers her thanks to "the Public Relations Advisory Council and their continued support of developing PR students at Auburn." Weninger's main goal for the event is for it to "be a great opportunity for students to network with council members and have face time with major companies."
