Description: The EMPOWER Lab is dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of occupational health and the future of work. The lab’s projects explore how the changing nature of work shapes employees’ experiences, identifying factors that support and hinder their well-being. A core focus of this research is amplifying the voices of vulnerable work groups and shedding light on their lived experiences to drive meaningful change.
